PRISCA NYAMUPACHITU – MANAGING CONSULTANT
A Chartered Human Resources Practitioner with 30 years’ experience in human resources management, in
the private sector including financial institutions and manufacturing sector. Of the 30 years, 20 years have
been at Executive level, which involves providing HR solutions to the highest levels in organizations and
dealing with very Senior levels. Operated as SADC Cluster Head for a Seasoned Bank, which involved
overseeing the HR functions in Zambia, Mozambique, Malawi and DRC. Responsibilities included
coordinating the HR strategic agenda and interventions and ensuring their successful implementation;
reviewing HR Policies; recommending interventions on HR challenges in those affiliates; Bench strength
analysis; Talent Management and Succession planning, among others. Recipient of several HR recognition
awards.
JONES NYAMUPACHITU — EXECUTIVE HR CONSULTANT
A seasoned HR Practitioner with vast experience in all areas of Human Capital management, including but
not limited to HR consultancy and training, Organization Development, Strategic implementation, Policy
Formulation and Employee Relations management. Was appointed and worked as an Independent
Arbitrator from 2010 and handled cases from various Sectors in Zimbabwe involving people across the
various levels in Organizations. Has, to date, a fine clean record in handling arbitration cases.
DAVID MANDIMUTSIRA — CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT AND CERTIFIED AUDITOR
He is a Registered Public Accountant with the Public Accountants and Auditors Board Zimbabwe since
2006. A Chartered Accountant by profession, David has Fourteen years of external audit experience in
diverse industries as well as consulting and management experience in a broad range of specialist fields.
In addition, he has 4 years banking experience as well as 2 years of accounting experience. His
professional experience has been focused in Africa in particular Angola and Zimbabwe, where he was
responsible for providing independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to add
value and improve Organization’s operations by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate
and improve the effectiveness of risk management, internal control and corporate governance
processes.
